Steve Dumper has worked in taxation since he joined HM Revenue & Customs in 1976 and has specialised in tax ever since. He qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 1993 whilst he was with an expatriate tax consultancy. Having subsequently spent seven years living and working in Guernsey, where he gained an in depth knowledge of the Guernsey tax system, he is now once again based in the UK and has established SRD Tax Management to offer his experience and expertise to a range of clients.

The EUSTD is an agreement between the EU Member States to exchange information with each other about those who receive savings income in one EU member state but live in another. It came into effect in July 2005.
